Same here. We supply test systems to companies with application s/w on PC's. We get emails/calls all the time that "the system is down" with a screenshot of some error. Usually turns out the customer updated drivers or something. Funny thing is that I got a call yesterday from a major automotive customer that one of 3 identical systems we sold them has been down since December. It's located in Mexico. The other 2 (in the states) are running fine. They expected us to help them RIGHT NOW!??!!!. (Turns out someone down there deleted a program.) But it's been DOWN since last DECEMBER???? What's been going on since then? :roll:
