My property is posted with 'DO not Enter" signs. I even had 36 tons of #4 limestone dumped at the entrance, although with a small entry way around the side.
Again, today. I hear a truck trying to turn around in my drive. I go out and ask him, 'What are you doing on my property?'
He says he is putting out 'Insect' traps.
I tell him that this is private property. He disagrees with me and says it is on his GPS a County Road. I told him that the county has not paid for anything to build or upkeep this road and he needs to retrieve his 'insect traps'
I informed him that the county road ended when he left the 'blacktop'....around a half mile away
He tried to get belligerent I asked him to vacate the premises but he wanted to argue his point about the road being listed on GPS.
I told him to collect whatever he put out and not enter my property again. He was not happy
