There is too much danger of a terrorist using the nuclear fuel for other purposes. Anyway if someone would make such a motor one of the oil companies would either kill them or buy them out. There has been a couple of different people that built a car motor that would run on water. The first one was in the early 20th century and the guy, the prototype car and plans mysteriously disappeared. Then 4 or 5 years ago I saw on the evening news a guy that came up with another one. The last I heard the guy was trying to make a deal with US car manufacturers to put his engine in their cars. I wonder what happened to him? In searching for the last guys name I ran across a Japanese company which has a prototype of a H20 car called Genepax so perhaps the oil companies can't keep it suppressed forever.
