656 Hydro, the perfect tractor?

OK boys, here it is. I've got 20 acres of row crops, got a '48 Cub for the precision stuff (plant,cult,fert), what I need is ONE GOOD RIG for the heavy work. I like 'em old and definitely red. For a 6' tiller, split tiller, 3pt forklift, planter and transplanter the 656 Hydro seems unbeatable. I'd also like to plow and disc with the same tractor, but from what I gather this is where the Hydro falls short.
So the question is: can I get away with working up 20 (40 max) acres a season with a 656? If so what size disc and how many bottoms on a plow? Should I consider a Hydro 70 or 86 or...? Spring's coming and I've got people to feed. Many thanks!
