JimN, Is teh TA an extra set of gears or just a clutch? Like is 1st gear it goes real slow with the TA engaged (back to the rear, right?). The once you push it forward the tractor feels like it jumps into fast gear or something. I tried the TA in 4th and 5th and it really didn't move the tractor. So is the TA bad? I was watching the clutch linkage and I noticed down by the trans case the linkage has bolts in slots then move. So when you enage the TA it looks like your not really moving much on the linkages. Is that normal? The TA doesn't use any of the hydraulics do they? Also the clutch looks like I can push it in about 1 inch before it starts to take it out of gear. Is that normal? If the TA clutch is bad is it a big job to change?
