Hello, I have several Oliver plows and sales literature to go along with them. In my opinion none of the Oliver Plowmaster 100 series of plows ever were painted entirely Red! The early Oliver tractor drawn plows from the late 20's into the 30's were painted all Red. Now, early Oliver Plowmaster plows had Red frames and Green Wheels(They were available with Steel wheels or Rubber tires on press steel rims). Later on they painted the frames green and went to Red wheels. I wish I could tell you exactly when that occured. It is a fact that Oliver built model 60's,70's,80's,and 90's as Cockshutts. They were identical except for the trim and RED paint with yellow wheels. It could be possible for plows to be painted with the yellow wheels however I haven't heard of that. If it was my plow I would paint the frame Red and the wheels Green.
