Got my Dad's 42 9N back after some time and putting some investment into it (new sleeves along with 12V conversion) to get it running good. But running it, there appears to be a hydraulic issue. The Hydraulics goes up and is at full tension, it does not appear to want to come down. So looking through previous post and seeing a Zane comment about a 8N potentially a Exhaust valve. The oil is low currently and I dont"t think it has been changed (at least not within the last 30 years) so should the cleaning take care of it? It did sit for some time so (I will check this with an inspection).
