It fits in my NAA, and the CNH hold downs also fit. Normal to die all at once, maybe not, but stuff happens. If the old battery is 3 years old, it's time to consider replacing it. If the battery charger won't charge it, that's a real good sign it's bad. Put the new battery in and watch for a spark when you hook up the last cable. If there is a spark with everything off, then there is a problem with the tractor draining the battery, maybe a bad alternator. I use Walmart's grp 35 battery, works for me. Ramrod
