Duane, great idea. Just so happened i had 2 of those fittings on my desk. It does pay to keep stuff like that (ha ha). While running, the bowl was nearly empty and when i turned it off the bowl filled within 1/2 inch of the top. Maybe thats a little too high. I did notice that the engine started better with the tube installed. It required a little choking, where as it usually does not and will flood easily. I am not familiar with how the carb bowl vents and how that works. More info would be great.
