4 hp kohler, rope start that sits below steering wheel, 3 speed trans, no fenders, metal seat, hood has wheel horse stamped in front and 2 decals on sides, i think rear tires are 6.00x16 bar tread, front tires have calcium in them. i do not have any serial numbers off of ot yet. steering wheel has 3 metal spokes. mower deck is probably 24-30 inch and has a pedal to disengage belt. trans has 1 brake connected to clutch pedal.the lever that controls height of mower deck is also connected to a cable that goes to rear hitch, that is a rectangle sleeve hitch with a pin in it. hope this describes it to you, john
