I found a new problem with friends tractor. A large amount of diesel in oil. The fuel pump appears new. I am thinking her father(that passed away) probably put on a new fuel pump shortly before death in an attempt to fix problem. I read on the forum that it is probably seal on injector pump. Can this seal be replaced without rebuilding pump? If I remove the pump and have a professional repair it is there any problem to reinstalling it other than timing and priming? Is there anything else that would cause this problem? If the pump has never had any repair, would it be feasable to rebuild while off or just repair immediate problem? Thanks for help. Arnold
