53 Ford NAA

I recently bought a 12 acre farm. I am looking for a tractor that I can add a Post hole auger, snow blade, maybe a tiller, and mower. I found a 53 Ford NAA Jube. Its in primer and even it would have to be sand blasted due to the condition. Its has a PTO which is what I am going to need. All of the gauges are in tact and the tires are in good condition. I am new to this stuff but have been reading the posts and there are several people who seem to follow this stuff. My questions are 1) with in 100$ could someone tell me its worth 2) is ther an online site for more info about its worth and other tractors.

Talking to this dealer he recommended that I look at this one or a 8N preferably since parts are resonable and a light duty tractor is what I am looking for. I would post the price he gave me but I am looking for replys first. I will try to give more info if needed. Thank you all in advance.
