its very important to do a compression test on all the cylinders..I know 8n's are minimum of 90 psi not sure on jubs..if the price is low enough on it say 2500 or lower Id grab it even without a compression test..most likely the dealer is asking between 3000 to 3300 for the condition you described it in..if the compression check is good,brakes work,hydraulics work..its worth it.. dave
