James....on that same plate by the steering wheel will be a tractor serial number. if you could post that number here we'll tell you what year it is and what you have. there are some people on this post that might be interested in your tractor...me being one of them. you say.."it will run" does that mean it's running now? what kind of shape would you describe it being in? how are the tires and wheels? how much rust is on it? what color is it? thanks... -mike
