Only the American built tractors have the HF stamping. The British built tractors will have the mark of the casting foundry.....Leys or the triangular/diamond type logo incorporating the 3 spires of Coventry Cathedral (I do not remember the name of this foundry). You tractor does have ford rear axles with the nut on the outer end of the half-shafts....I cannot tell if they will fit the Ferguson trumpets or diff?? or if someone has fitted a complete Ford rear tranny??? and incorporated the Ferguson hydraulics....I do think that is possible, but am not familiar enough with ford stuff to know?? Can you photograph any of the casting marks? We have an excellent forum for these type of questions, but you have to be a member of Friends of Ferguson Heritage (.co.uk)The guys on the forum just love to discuss questions like yours, Tony and we have only the occassional visitor from USA, Plenty from OZ and the Netherlands, Some also visit this site More pics please?
