I have a case 970 that I just put a re-man hydraulic pump on, changed the fluid, and both filters. I can barely see a difference in the performance of the tractor. I still have to rev the engine wide open to raise my corn planter and disk. If I push the clutch down, the hydrualics will barely work at all, is this normal? Shouldn't a new pump raise any implement regarless of engine speed, I expect it to be slow at a low rpm, but it won't move my 6 row planter at all unless its at half throtle or more.
