Todd, with the tractor running try lifting the planter in 1 powershift, 2 ps, and 3 ps. Then try it in Rev and then with the clutch pedal down. In all 5 of these positions the planter should raise at about the same speed indicating there is probably not a large oil leak in the P shift. A noticeable lifting speed among the different positions indicates a P Shift leak issue. Because you replaced the hyd pump and that did no good and if the P Shift checks out OK your problem is more than likely a faulty relief valve. This is why I always stress doing a flow and pressure test on the tractors BEFORE replacing components, I hate seeing people spend money when not needed. Rod.
