Not "loosely based on old Kubotas", they bought the patent, and production line, from Kubota, and moved it to South Korea. I would buy a new gear drive Kioti, before I would buy a new Kubota, which has has had a lot of quality problems, in the last couple year.

Today's Featured Article - Product Review: Black Tire Paint - by Staff. I have been fortunate in that two of my tractors have had rear tires that were in great shape when I bought the tractor.
