I'm not too hard to please. Any kind of cold meat - pork, chicken or roast beef. Not some kind of thin shaved loaf from the deli mind you. It's gotta be home cooked. On good bread! Like vienna bread made with a high gluten flour. A little butter, some lettuce or sometimes cabbage and of course some horse raddish. Those are the sandwiches that make you glad to go to work - so you can eat them come lunch time.
