My aunt liked to offer a variety of things when it was her turn to host and we had Sunday dinner there.
Every so often she fried sliced SPAM and it was good.
I got a hankering for some a few years ago so sliced some and fried it up. It had so much salt that I could hardly eat it and have had none since. Also seemed very greasy.
I was disappointed as I remember it being good. Maybe I just got a bad can, but not sure if I'm willing to try another or not.
