Send the young man a certified letter, telling him when and how you delivered the tractor to his father, but were never paid anything. That now you insist that it be returned, and you may or may not bill him for damages to it. However if he returns it within two weeks no charges will be made. If you don't hear from him in two weeks, go over there with a friend and a trailer, load up the Jubilee and take it home. In this case possesion is 9/10 of the law. Or if you want to have even more fun, file a motion to have it returned in small claims court.
