Any of the flushes at auto parts stores do a good job. The real trick is getting the flushing agent out of the engine when you are done. This is why some engine manufacturers don't recommend them. Just drain the coolant, remove the trermost and fill the engine with water, get it warm (way require partial blocking of radiator) then drain radiator. Do this three times, reinstall thermostat, and fill with a mix of 50/50 quality water and antifreeze recommended for your tractor. Job done. Also make sure dogs or other animals are not able to drink the stuff you drain. Antifreeze tastes sweet but will kill an animal.
