Got the deck of the mower to rebuild the thing. Going to clean it up real good and want to spray oaub the underside of the deck. Have read on here about a spray that bonds with the rust to neutralise it, Wonder what it is called. Can never get the deck clean enough with the wire wheel in the grinder or drill, and thought this might help before spraying on the slip deck or slip plate. Have tried it before, but didn't have much luck with it staying on. Anybody have any other ideas?
