Sorry I cant answer your question, but it amazes me how laws differ from state to state. Here in NY you have to have the trailers registered (license plate) and inspected. We would get a ticket for sure if we dident have a plate on a trailer. I got a ticket one time because the plate on the front of my truck fell off. I asked the officer, why can other people drive around with nascar, or JOHNDEERE plates on the front of there truck, he really dident have a useful answer.
