depends on how they are connected. If connected in series,tractor to pos,neg to positive then neg to ground they are connected as to be 24 volt and should be disconnected from each other and charged individually unless you have a 24V charger. If they are parralel, pos to pos, neg to neg, then they are connected as 12 v and should still be disconnected and charged individually although you can leave then connected and try charging them together.
