I thought it was interesting this past planting season when it seemed like I spent a month straight in a 4850 John Deere getting fields worked and ready. The last day of planting beans I finished up planting 15 acres with an 1850 Oliver. I don't do much of the planting, but I was nominated to finish because everybody else was pretty wiped out and tired by the end of the season. Anyway to make a long story short-I really enjoyed running that 1850 almost more than the 4850. Do any of you guys/gals out there enjoy driving the older stuff more than the newer bigger stuff?
