Nancy, In our area, all employers withhold Fed, State, and Soc. Sec. taxes. Many Mexicans send money home because they are willing to work 75 hours a work. They money goes home because of a strong family structure we seem to have lost. When I took my wife to the E.R., it was low income whites and welfare people that held up the treatment time.
