It is a pressure fed splash lubed engine. If you call 10 lbs pressure. The crank, rods,pistons and pins, cam and lifters are all splash lubed from trays filled by the pump and scooped up by the rod caps. It also pumps oil to the governor and the crank drive gear for the cam. Valves and rockers are manually lubed. I know where there's an F20 block with a window in it because one of the oil galley holes got plugged up and that rod decided it didn't want to go up and down anymore.
