I have too replace a rim on a tractor and the used one I bought is a bit rusty, can I just put a steel brush on the grinder and clean it up that way or should I get someone to sand blast it, before I paint it. Do I have too prime it first or can I just go ahead and paint it, it is off a john deere tractor, thanks for anying info.
