Yep, just did that on my snowblower, and had to do it again. Use blue loctite on insert, let set overnite with plug in it tightened in snug. Thats what the directions said, that I didn't read. Of course it leaked. Loctite goes between the insert and head. May require new insert. You can get them at automotive supply houses, 12 to 14$, with tool.
