This auction out fit is known for taking bids out of the air. They had to back up a few times and start over or back up a few grand on bigger stuff already and folks were laugh"n. I think the daddy in this case thought $500 was pretty cheap price to pay for the kind of day he was having. One of the few times I have ever seen a seller stand up to this guy. This is the outfit I have fussed about on here before who started charge"n the buyer"s premium with out droping their commision rates.
I will not buy anything at one of their sales unless it is really stupid cheap, I even take my own lunch and will not buy a soft drink there. The only reason I go is to visit with folks and pick up something I can use or peddle for next to nothing.
