That reminds me of Vocational School. We had a JD A in the shop that was being worked on. I can't remember what they were doing to it at the time, but the spark plugs where out. Evidently they didn't know it, but the float on the carb was stuck and the cylinder filled with gasoline. For some reason one of the kids working on it turned it over just as another student walked by. He got soaked in gas, luckily there was no ignition source because he likely would've been burned to death. The principal just happened to walk in the shop in time to see it happen, but the shop teacher told him it was just water. That was a disaster narrowly averted. We had showers, and the kid had a change of clothes, lucky for him he was just past the spark plug hole so it didn't get him in the face.
