Yep you drain what anti freeze is in it. Refill with pure water. Leave the radiator cap off and cover the radiator front with cardboard or something that will cut off the air going through. Crank and run the engine. When the water temp comes up and opens the thermostat pour in the liquid glass, put on the rad cap now and let it circulate. Just be sure to raise the radiator cover and let in just enough air to keep the thermostat open but you don't want to make the engine to overheat. Let the engine run til the leak stops then shut down engine and let it cool before you drain the water and re add the anti freeze. The anti freeze if left in will cause the liquid glass to clabber like butter milk and stop everything up except the leak.
