E1 part number means it was after 81 on the pump casting. But a pump could have been replaced.
check serial number again on transmission behind the starter on the flat spot.. V as a starting letter would put it as overseas made. I dont have my serial number book on hand. Maybe a shubira??
D on the model suggests its a 4xxx series.. and a 3 cyl engine.

3= A diesel, 1= indepentant pto and 4=8 speed tranny.
a "V" serial number is not from antwerp, basidon or U.S. in the older plants.
