How much gasoline will a Ford Powerstroke tolerate? This morn I was at the convenience store gassing up when my neighbor pulled up on the other side of the pumps with his mid 90's powerstroke and started filling up. These pumps have a gasoline hose on one side and a green diesel hose on the other side. I sauntered over to talk to him and noticed he had the gas hose in the pickup. By the time I had alerted him of his mistake he had 5 gallons of gas in the front tank. He shut it off and topped the tank with diesel.
How much does the front tank hold in those pickups? I'm thinking he might have 20% gasoline in there. Jim
