i dont think joh deere ever out sold harvester in the tractor department,they may have made more profit money per unit than harvester, witch they should have with new plant,s and no uaw problems and onlt agriculture machinery to worry about. has john deere ever sold more than 5 million tractors??????????????, hartvester did it in 1972 some time.
