Fun discussion,,,,,,Our first trip when first married was in a wooden home made truck topper on back of a 60's something Ford F 250 4 x 4 with me n the new first wife n the dog. We went to Florida in February to tow my uncles boat back home. Then we had the kids and slowly graduated as we could afford it to bigger real truck campers then I was into the Winnebagos Class A's in late 70's n 80's then got into Class C's of which we still use today.
What a great way to family travel and vacation, the best memories of our lives now, we have some old films n VHS and videos and pics which I need to get onto DVD now so teh kids can show thier kids n grandkids of how life used to be..
