If a place gets a bad reputation how does that place ever go back and erase that. People here still talk about places from 20 years ago even though the places have changed hands and employees. Big O tire charged me for shop supplies $5. I asked them if there was any charge for mounting and balancing when I first asked about the tire price and they said no, but when I asked what the shop supplies were when i got my bill, they said weights and whatever they used for my tires. Way it looks to me i was charged for mounting and balancing. Son in law said a garage wanted $40 for SS.
