First make sure there is NO water or other liquids in the cylinders then FILL them with ATF and also if you can pour it down the exhaust and let it sit. DO NOT try to pull it to pop it free but do use a 12 volt battery and short fast taps of the starter. BTDT and 90% of the tractors I get are locked up and 95% I never open up to get running and I have 8 tractors in the hay field right now and at least 3 of them where locked up when I got them and they do there jobs just like the others do
