I've always been wanting to give a tractor pull a shot, and I think the one at Calumet County fair would be a good place to get my feet wet.
The weight classes are 6500, 8500, 12500, etc.
Thinking about bringing the 1600 down there. The 1855 is sick right now or I might be tempted to bring that one down, but I don't think it's be very competitive for the wieght class (would have to be in 16,000 class and it weighs in around 14,000).
The 1600 weighs in around 7500, so I'd still be light but it still seems to pull like a sunuvabitch around the farm. Has an overbore kit in it (makes it close to the 1650/55's) but that's it. Still farm with it so I'd probably show up with mud on the tires still.
