Kubota Problem

Need some help. I have a Kubota L210. I can barely get the engine to turn over. I replaced the battery, replaced the battery cables, had the generator rebuilt and had the starter checked to make sure it was good. It used to start with a jump from my truck, but would barely turn over even then. I have run out of things to try. Any ideas?
