The weekend before last, I replaced rusted out brackets that held the rear end of the rear leaf springs on a 1995 Ford F-250. It has, if I recall correctly, about 215,000 miles on it. The job was a miserable PITA, but my wife now thinks I'm some kind of hero. I guess sometimes there is compensation for hard work....
