Guess I'd check remove a rod cap and see if the piston moves or if the crank is seized up. Might be a piston seized up, ring stuck, etc. or crank bearing seized up or a piece of metal in the bearing. Just keep all the bearing and caps in the order and what they came off of. If the pistons move with the caps off, leave them in the cylinders.
