It is hard to get perspective from that picture, but did you notice the center hole isn't round? It has a flat, just like the weights for the 8/9000, 86/9600. (and the 8/9000 didn't use the same wheels as the 4/5000... 4/5000 had flange axles, 8/9000 had bar axles... same style of power adjust rims, but different wheel centers.) I think there should be a number like C7NN1A002E on thses weights somewhere. They look just like the ones I bought off a 8000 at a sale.
