The 8-9000 and 8600-9600 tractors used the same style wheels as the 4000-5000 did, you can tell they were made for mounting inside a rim and it could not have been a power adjust rim to fit in like that so that eliminates any Ford tractor that I ever new except the NAA and 8N to have a wheel of that shape and the weights made for them were an axle mount weight that fit inside the fenders. To me in the picture they look to be in size more for a front wheel than a rear wheel
