Ohio put a ban on the ballot a year/years ago ? and it passed. No smoking in any business. So far the bars are still open. Some places still smoke inside. They just aren't going to have the man power to enforce it. I'm sure glad I don't have them blowing smoke at me here at work anymore. They would of never needed a law if the smokers had any consideration for others. I don't like the government forcing/telling others what to do. But I sure do like to be able to work without smoke.
