We call these snow geese. I dont know if that is the right name but the last few days they have been hanging around by the tens of thousands.
Nick and I started chores here at home, went to the higgs farm, did chores and when we returned they had arrived.
There were many more here this morning but I didnt have my camera. It looked this morning like there wasnt room in 80 acres to put one more goose. They made enough noise I could here them in the house. I'm guessing they must be out of season because I havent seen a single hunter and there sure are alot of targets right now. bill
