Thanks Stovepipe. I just checked the Canadian Wildlife Service website, and noticed they set different seasons for each province (I thought they set common ones across the country). Manitoba has a spring season for "overabundant species", and they only list the snow geese as huntable in spring. In Saskatchewan where I live, they don't list a spring hunt, but they could sure use one.
