When I first put my unit on the 70, yes it would sit there not moving and turn the front wheels. Since then I have drained the system several times because the fluid was getting real nasty from moisture. And when I replaced the hydraulic lines, somehow I got oil on the fan belt. I am really impressed with how it works, granted it isn't like the 4020 with one finger steering but when I have a 1000 pound round bale on the front, I don't have to wrestle with the steering wheel.
