Just to let those serious corn growers out there know. Syngenta (Golden Harvest, Garst, Northrup King) sold a Round up ready seed this last year that did not carry the round up gene in 100% of the seed. There were as high as 90 percent yield losses in these fields across the nation. Syngenta has promised settlement for these losses since September 1st. Yet most have received no payment. I encourage you to ask your seed dealer if all his customers have received fair settlement before accepting any order fom this company of false promises. They sell an impure product at a premium price only to leave the customer holding the bag. Since it was a seed quality issue there is no crop insurance payment applicable , However we still had to pay crop insurance premium and lower APH on the farm involved. Looking for a new seed provider, Any recommendations
